Description: With over 20 years of combined experience in research and education, RESET develops constructive and education-centered solutions to the most demanding societal challenges of our time. RESET invests on the creation, evolution, and revolution of social-driven concepts, systems and practices which prioritize humanity. Our organization accelerates and amplifies positive local, national, regional and global change through the power of research and education.
We aim for social development by promoting peace and justice, diversity and tolerance, and integration as well as reintegration. The purpose of RESET is to promote a fair and peaceful world through education, restorative dialogue, skill development among professionals and vulnerable groups, and constructive action. RESET is working in close cooperation with governments, local municipalities, NGOs, commercial entities, and educational institutions in order to address market, social, economic and cultural challenges.
RESET belief, is that the three pillars of our work, Research & Education, Restorative Dialogue Workshops and Training can lead to creative solutions that impact significant change to the social fabric of every society.
RESET team is composed of experienced, fully equipped researchers, trainers, educators, project managers, web developers & graphic designers. The areas of expertise are in the fields of youth, VET, training, migrant integration, community-led initiatives, education/e-learning, social innovation, project management, restorative dialogue, prevention of radicalization, drug education, social and creative empowerment, and conflict resolution.


LCYOUTH
CYPRUS
LCYouth is a Youth Organization located in Limassol Cyprus and represents the concerns, needs and problems of youth in general, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). LCYouth manages European, national and international programs, as well as other cooperation programmes in education, training, youth, European issues, Equal opportunities, Diversity and community work.
Our goals are:
- Encouraging young people to contribute to society as a whole, through their participation in national and European programs, so that they become more active citizens.
- Empowering all young people, including those with any disability (PwD), to acquire additional skills.
- Assessing and educating young people with disabilities (YPWD).
- Supporting, educating and training young people with disabilities (YPwD), to acquire and develop skills, and their integration into the wider labor market.
- Informing the public and practices to raise awareness of all about the rights of people with disabilities (PWD) and to treat them as equal citizens.
All of our activities aim to include young people in society, to motivate them to be active citizens and take action. In national level, LCYouth runs the following programs/services:
- special program for Life and Work Skills for learners with disabilities
- Job Coaching for people with disabilities
- Inclusive Theatre Workshops for young people with and without disabilities
- Sports for all
- Building Talents program
- Cosmetology with Cyprus herbs
- Excursions and study visits
- Mentoring
Teatro alla Guilla

“CENTRO INTERCULTURALE ARTISTICO SICILIANO – LA GUILLA” (Teatro alla Guilla) is a cultural association in Sicily, Italy. We use theatre as a mean to promote intercultural dialogue, non- formal education and empower youth. Teatro alla Guilla is a theatre in Palermo since 2008. We opened our space to the city and to our neighbourhood which is in the historical city centre of Palermo. From 2011 our cultural association represents a meeting point and an intercultural centre for the city of Palermo. In the last years our cultural association organised performances, exhibitions, concerts, theatre labs, training courses for young people and disadvantaged groups trying to use theatre as a tool to promote dialogue and fight against prejudice and xenophobia. Our main objectives are:
- to support young local actors through training, youth exchange and mobility abroad;
- to encourage cooperation and international mobility in the field of youth among cultural associations and organizations;
- to support initiatives for European cooperation in the cultural sector;
- to foster intercultural dialogue and fight racism, xenophobia and radicalisation through arts;
- to promote international cooperation activities in the field of arts in general, and theatre in particular.
Main activities:
- management of a cultural space in the city centre of Palermo with dance, theatre, music and video performances;
- organization of training and workshops for young actors;
- support to local communities through charity events using theatre, dance and music;
- youth exchange in the field of theatre with European partners;
- theatre and music labs in disadvantaged schools.
